Mark Halsband attended Jacksonville University. He has a background in hyperbaric medicine and respiratory care. Currently, Mark is a licensed Respiratory care Practitioner in NY, NJ, and Florida. In February of 1984, Mark joined Barbara as a principal owner of ULTRACARE. Upon his arrival, he founded he Respiratory Care Division as well as ULTRACARE Medicals, the medical supply division. As of today, Mark has 32 years of experience as a Respiratory Care Practicioner and 22 years of ownership experience with ULTRACARE.
Jennifer Facto Aquino has been with the ULTRACARE family Sept. 2003, as the Respiratory Staffing Coordinator. Recently, she became the Vice President of Administration. She is now responsible for overseeing the Nursing and Respiratory Dept. and also handles the quality and management of the Human Resource Department.
Marilyn Lewis Sparrock, is our Staffing Coordinator in charge of the Nursing Dept. All issues concerning staffing, orientation and reactivation of RN's, LPN's, CNA's and other related positions, are handled by Marilyn. Should anyone have any Nursing concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Marilyn. She has also completed her Notary Public Certification and is now able to notarize any legal documents.
Our Human Resources Manager was taken over by Marie Malazarte as of March 2004. She has stepped up to all the pressures and demands this department entails.
Kass Abcede is our new Bookkeeper. She is responsible for all aspects of operations which includes, cash flow management, accounting, internal control, accounts receivable management, conducting project feasibility studies, as well as budgeting and forecasting among others.
Kelvina Harbour, is our new Payroll Master. She is responsible for running the payroll of all ULTRACARE employees in a timely manner. Any questions involving payment can be discussed with Kelvina anytime, except on Thursdays when she is at her busiest time.
Our Billing Clerk, Heather Biunno, is responsible for processing client invoices. She moved from Arizona to New York to join us in our ever expanding operations in the healthcare field.
Adralyn Apologista, our night time On-Call person on the week days, takes all calls from 5:00 pm to 9:00 am. You can reach her during these times for any problems you may have-may it be change of schedule, cancellations, staffing orders from clients, and all other needs. Adralyn has worked with ULTRACARE for over 10 yrs.
