How much advance notice do you need to respond to our staffing requirements?

 

As much as is realistically possible.  However, we know emergencies happen and we're prepared to work with you to the best of our ability to fulfill your needs.  So even if it's a last minute situation, don't hesitate to call and we'll give you a prompt and realisitc response.

 

 

Suppose we need to contact you outside your regular office hours?

 

No problem.  You can reach us 24/7.  Just call our main number (212-883-8877) and you'll be directly connected to a knowledgeable member of the Ultracare team who will be able to respond to your request for information in less than half an hour.  And in many instances - immediately!

 

 

How can we be sure the personnel you send us have been properly screened?

 

Ultracare is recognized for the exceptional level of its personnel.  All applicants must meet our stringent qualification criteria, which means their license, registration and certification are in full force throughout the period of engagement, and consistent with the current requirements of The Joint Commission.  Documentation confirming such credential will be forwarded for your review prior to the date the period of employment begins.

 

In addition, each Ultracare professional is either a citizen of the United States or in compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.  Where appropriate, related insurance coverage will also be included.  Our standards are so highly regarded within the industry that Ultracare credentials on a candidate's application are viewed as an immediate verification of their capabilities.

 

 

What is your policy in the event of a strike?

 

Should a potential stike environment arise, our personnel will continue to work and provide services at the current rate of engagement.

 

 

How will we interface with you for on-site orientation requirements?

 

We collaborate with your personnel to coordinate orientation requirements for members of the Ultracare team unfamiliar with your facility.

 

 

We plan on changing billing requirements to an electronic format.  How will this affect our Ultracare account?

 

Just let us know your plans as soon as possible.  Many of our clients use e-commerce and turned to us for advice before making the transition.  You'll find we can help you with recommendations regarding a system that's suited to your specific needs.
